After dealing with an itchy scalp for the last few days, I decided to text Kelli because I had convinced myself that I had lice. Kelli was absolutely amazing!! She text me back right away asking me questions to see if she thought I might have it. After answering her questions, she didn’t think I did but said I was welcome to come in if I wanted her to check. I wanted the peace of mind and decided to book an appointment. Kelli was able to get me in about an hour later. She was so sweet and informative. She was right, I didn’t have lice but I left feeling so much more knowledgeable about lice and what to look out for. Kelli was such a delight! So happy I found her during what could potentially be a very stressful time. Being a teacher of littles, lice manages to unavoidably find its way through our school. I wanted to be on the safe side and get a quick head check to ease my mind and worries. She was prompt, honest, and thorough and even offered a same day appointment.
