Over the past four years, Jenae has provided exceptional care and guided me through the process of improving my oral posture and helping to address sleep apnea. I came across Oral Posture after two years of on-and-off TMJ pain, sometimes debilitating. In this period I saw countless doctors and specialists: chiropractors, dentists, orthodontists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, TMJ specialists, maxillofacial prosthodontists, most of whom told me I would live with at least some pain for the rest of my life. While some provided relief, it wasn't until I worked with Jenae that I felt I was truly making positive progress toward restoring healthy jaw function. I worked with Jenea for my tongue tie release. I am a 35 year old female that has struggled with facial pain, jaw pain, jaw clenching, puffiness, acne, and headaches for quite some time (started in my late twenties and got worse after completing invisaline). Jenae is the best! I have had a clicking jaw (TMJ) for over a year and her therapy has helped me enormously! I have noticed that my jaw has been less tense, less pain, and less headaches! Jenae is expremely attentive when speaking with me, she makes sure that I understood the exercises, sends me home with videos and a printed sheet of the exercises for that week. She even gave me a few crash courses on breathing and the why behind the exercises in which I learned so much! Even with limited time in person, she made it work for me. I was having severe neck pain for a few days. I was unable to raise my arms and was very painful to drive. I saw Jenae for Oralase and she treated my neck. I left there able to raise my arms up fully. My pain significantly diminished and by day 2 was fully gone. I couldn’t believe it! Neck pain gone and never returned! Jenae is amazing and a true miracle worker!!
