Willamette Dental - Silverdale

Ashley with Willamette Silverdale accused me of lying about pain. I believe her exact words were “It’s just interesting that when you spoke to Olympia yesterday, you told them you didn’t have any pain, but now less than 24 hours later you are calling back with a dental emergency and pain since we couldn’t get you scheduled until January 13th”. (That last part…) When I called her out for speaking to a customer that way, she said “Do you want me to help you or are you” (I cut her off, saying “yes I would like you to help me”.) This is after 24 hours of phone tag with their customer service system, as no one would call me back on the numbers I provided, and kept calling my personal phone, not my work phone. Dr Davies and Beth were wonderful! I was nervous, new doctor and a filling on a front tooth! Beth put me at ease right away! I was surprised the shot didn’t make me cry and my whole appointment was SO fast! Thanks!

I ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience! I have been going to Willamette Dental in Silverdale of many years and I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service by a wonderful and friendly staff! Most importlantly it is a totally a pain free and confortable experience. Also, my dentist Dr. Liu is pretty good at being a dentist because I keep coming back, hahaha!

The doctor and his entire staff are exceptional. My root canal procedure went very smoothly. I was initially very scared and nervous, but they made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone, their care and professionalism are outstanding.

Office was relaxing. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful, instead of dismissive of my request to skip x-rays the first visit due to my daughter having already had 3 other rounds of x-rays from other providers since March since we were on different insurance plans (2 of which were sent over to Willamette). I was told Orthodontist would call to schedule within two weeks and it was the next day, which was also a welcome surprise.
