I have a great fear of going to the dentist. I think the staff noticed this and were amazing! They were wonderful at making me feel at ease and very friendly and helpful. Dr. Houpt was great at explaining the procedures that would be necessary for my best dental outcome. I would recommend him to everyone!

I rarely write reviews but my experience here has been so incredible here I really wanted to. Each time I have visited Dr Houpt's office the care and detailed explanation of even small things made me feel so well cared for. The knowledge and intention they invest in each patient is unlike any other dentist I have been to. My son had his very first dentist appointment there yesterday and before bed while brushing his teeth he was recounting how much fun he had at the dentist that day. I can not recommend them enough.

My first visit with Dr. Houpt was a very positive experience. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of all of the staff. I appreciate the doctor taking the time to talk me through my current situation with my teeth and answer questions about needed treatment. I look forward to future visits.

What a shame. I originally gave Dr. Houpt 5 stars, but after some staff changes, the whole office is different. The first thing that really put me off is that the price I was quoted for a crown for my implant doubled by the time I had enough to pay for it. I asked about payment options, since typically they allowed me 3-4 months to make payments. The new desk lady told me I should be grateful that it's only $2000 and not $10k, and that the most she could do is break it into 2 payments. Considering my original quote was $900, and it took me about 3 months to save for that, there was no way I'd be able to make 2 payments of $1000 each. She's harsh and abrasive, and doesn't show any sort of empathy for anyone that struggles financially. So I've never been able to get my crown, even though I s

I'm new to this area and called several dentists for a cleaning/exam, and since I have no dental insurance, I needed a price quote. First, the office lady (cannot remember her name)was very helpful and said they offered a discount for senior patients. The price was reasonable so I made the appointment and I'm so happy with Dr. Houpt. He gave me the most thorough exam of my life and explained what and why every step of the way. All the office staff were welcoming and friendly and professional. Plus you get a view of the inlet from the dental chair!
