After reading the yelp reviews vs the google reviews I thought it might not be to bad. I was WRONG. The reviews in yelp were spot on. I called three times and left two voicemails before I ever got a response about my child’s care. I was told my child needs to see an endodontists and orthodontist. I saw both. But because it wasn’t their recommended endo( which is what the dental assistant actually said and he was out of network) they said they don’t have the info required to proceed. This happened AT the appointment I brought my child to to get their permanent fillings after the endo. They don’t communicate with patients, they don’t have a plan for the appointment. After years (decades) of putting off dental work, I decided to take the first steps with Dr Pollard and his team. I walked in worried and left reassured. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, every person I interacted with was highly professional and extremely nice.

Always excellent - crown replaced today, smooth and easy, mostly painless (lidocaine shots right), both temp and permanent done same day so less time off work!

Great dentist with a fantastic staff. I have never felt like they have pushed for unnecessary work to make extra money off of me, but the work they have done is incredible. Really great to have a dental office I trust after having several nightmares elsewhere. I enjoy laughing with the staff, and being comfortable and able to ask questions that are listened to and answered. I have been a patient for years, and they have only filled one cavity, and gave me a high fluoride toothpaste to strengthen my enamel where I've been told by other dentists I had ten cavities. They have fixed work by my past dentists including smoothing sharp points, fixing contacts between my teeth, and most recently a crown that physically broke in half. Look forward to coming here for years to come.

Dr. Pollard's office provides such excellent service every time. Stacey is an excellent provider who always makes my Autistic young man feel heard and taken care of. My providers also have made me feel comfortable and are always patient with me. I am so appreciative of all the office staff who are thoughtful and explain everything about payments and scheduling. I'm so grateful to have found this office and the wonderful care they provide my family.
