Wildwood Healthcare Center

Melena is the worst nurse at this facility! i was here visiting my husband who is about to go into surgery Friday and she came in at 12:48pm saying that I have to leave. i told her busses aren't running right now and she said not my problem! I advise that NOBODY comes to this facility!

I am a resident here at wildwood healthcare center and the nurse on second shift is very rude. Doesn't give me my medicine when it's time. I have had to ask for my medication when it's time but don't get it until hours later. She is very rude to me and other residents there. I have had family members come up to see me and some stay late and she tells them they have to leave at a certain time and she is very rude and disrespectful.

Hello I have been visiting one of my love one at this nursing home and when I was in the cafeteria dining room feeding one of my love ones, I noticed that the aides wearing the green uniforms are serving the food with there coats/hoodies on and no gloves on there hands and I think the Indiana State or The Indiana Border of Health needs to walk in and see how the aides are dressed unprofessionally and serving the food to the residents.

They put up a good front to start off. They make you think they care, then when things get thick or complicated they just let your loved one suffer. They talk to them worse than stray animals on the street. Then when they get an opportunity to rip off their estate, they do that too. Do not put your loved one in this place.

My mother just died here. I don't know if it was their fault but I do know that this place is horrible. I came to visit 3days before she passed and had to clean her room. Trash was overflowing. Random nurse cover up gowns balled up on the floor. Her belongings tossed around the room (atleast what wasn't stolen). She did not get pain medication on time. Some of the nurses were VERY rude to her. This place is dark and depressing. When you walk past a nurse station they don't speak they just look at you like you're crazy. Her pt stopped for what reason , no one could say. I wouldn't recommend anyone bring a loved one here. I wish there was more I was able to do for my mother.
