Both Lauren and Jacob are incredibly talented! I feel very comfortable with both of them. If you have a particular area of issue, I recommend allowing them to focus on that for most of the hour! That was Lauren’s recommendation, and my neck area is riddled with issues and to get true relief she was completely right. The next time I went in, I did 90 minutes with Jacob and honestly there’s no going back. We were able to work through my issue areas and still have the luxury of full body. Give yourself a treat and spring for it ;)
