I am so grateful for the help we received from Heather. She is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this location hands down. If I could give them a 6 star out of 5 rating I would. We had previously used the Anderson location and we were treated so poorly with rude behavior and very poor service on more than one occasion. One of my husband’s hearing aids were having a problem where they were going through a battery every other day. The Anderson office only cleaned them and said they were fine and was extraordinarily rude. We continued to have the same issue and my husband eventually just quit wearing them. I felt defeated and unsure what to do next. I’m so thankful I called this location and heather answered the phone. She immediately put my worries at ease. She assured me we would get

Jessica is very experienced and professional in her work. No high pressure to do anything, but she does convey her opinions on options. You see the results immediately after a hearing test. She's not rushed. She does review the results and she can breakdown these into your age, overall health and history, if she has it. Would highly recommend.
