The excellent Wildwood Dental Care Clinic was the best experience I've ever had. I don't feel afraid when I go to Wildwood Dental Care Clinic because from the moment I walked in, they welcomed me like I was in my own home. I am grateful for the excellent treatment I received from the staff, from Keny, Heidi, Katie, Dr. Monse, and Dr. Ortega, a specialist in dental surgery. Hello, usually I don’t like post bad review on any practice or business. But this practice, which I experience & would like to inform any new patients are thinking of going here. Please confirm with front desk, along your own dental insurance, if applied. To verify all billing and coding before any service is done. I have recently, after 2 years of dental service here. Indicating I still owe them a balance, after 2 years have went by already. I have them ran and verify my dental insurance at the time of office visit, and took care the remaining of my portion of responsible, after they ran my dental insurance portion and verified several times. Now after 2 years, they say I still owe them a balance. Clearly this is the practice mistake of due diligence, however worst part they even ran & ca

My first experience was very disappointing. My family and I just moved to town and becoming a new patient was unnecessarily difficult. They require an initial “exam” before allowing you to schedule a cleaning, which feels more like an opportunity to recommend services not covered by insurance. You’re not able to book a standard cleaning upfront, and when questioned, they simply state they can’t estimate the time needed so they won’t schedule it. Overall, the process felt inconvenient and sales-driven rather than patient-focused.

Dr. Mousa is one of the best dentists I have ever met, with extensive knowledge of dentistry, very professional and extremely personable. I highly recommend him.
