AMERICAN URGENT CARE & WALK-IN CLINICS

My insurance recommended American Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinic earlier this week. I am so happy I opted to check them out. Located in Wildwood, it was only ten minutes from my home. It was easily accessed and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I was a walk-in and had no issues with wait time. I was treated with kindness and respect. My concerns were recognized and examined with care and evaluated. I felt heard and was given a treatment plan with prescriptions ordered from my pharmacy. I was given time to finish my forms without feeling rushed. I was able to get my prescriptions started that evening thankfully. Called to see if they took walk-in. They texted me the address. The fastest walk-in physician office I have ever been seen. Under 30 mins from me walking in filling out ppwk- and was seen. Dr Muhammad and the NP- Sara- asked detailed questions. Wasn’t rushed, they took their time. Beat Urgent Care I have been to!! Office staff and physicians were extremely personable and sympathetic to my illness! A must go for a physician office!

The best experience and care I have ever received from an urgent care facility. Patient care was five star from the front desk and nursing staff to the provider. Farah Persad was so professional, kind, and made me feel like I was her only patient. I know with her course of action I will be better in no time. As a retired RN and Nurse Manager I highly recommend this clinic for anyone living or visiting the Villages.

Where to begin, I was referred by an ear doctor that wouldn’t take walk ins. I had been dealing with muffled hearing and ear pain for about two weeks, tried drops, tried irrigation nothing worked and it got progressively worse. I ordered a device on Amazon that has a camera, great tool! I saw a ton of blockage, built up sawdust and wax (I build cabinets so sawdust is a problem) also note to self, drop the earbuds and just do over the ear hearing protection…. I’m sure that’s what cause this infection. With the tool, I got a ton out on my own but noticed there was more and I couldn’t get it myself. I booked an appointment online way ahead of time. Dr. Muhammad and his staff are absolutely the best in the Villages and surrounding areas. The service is always fast, correct and reliable. His prices are very fair and he accepts all insurance that I know for this area. Whenever you need competent help, this is the place.
