What an absolutely efficient and thorough doctor. Great bedside manor. I'm a registered Hospital nurse and I give her 10 stars. Explains everything in full detail. Clear and concise. Concerned and doesn't hesitate to reassess. I followed her from the other Clinic because she's that good. Thank you for caring. I must mention that from the front desk to the assistance 10 stars! I would recommend to anyone. Friendly and real people that care.

My appointment was excellent. The entire staff was excellent. Dr Rawls was also excellent and took a lot of time going over my results. Best of luck to her as she moves to Kona. She will be missed.

The eye tech was amazing!! She was helpful, nice and informative. She even suggested getting the contact info from the box via picture from family at my house. So she saved the day!! When making the appointment, staff did not tell us to bring current contact information….even though that’s what the appointment was for and I specifically mentioned going off to college the beginning of August. Doctor was friendly as well!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting time was on time. Very clean. In my case the location couldn't be better. The Doctor Alexandria Rawls OD was very friendly knowledgeable. Make sure you understood everything and ask if you had any questions. Highly recommended Lake Eye to all.
