The Crossroads Dental Care

I would like to highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his dental team. From the front desk (Danielle and Kathleen) to the dental chair the communication was excellent. They were always clear, friendly, and helpful. I am terrified at dental visits but Dr. Nguyen provides such gentle, compassionate care that I felt calm and comfortable throughout a new crown procedure. Aimal did my dental cleaning which was totally painless for my sensitive teeth. The office is modern, welcoming, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which made my dental procedures smooth and efficient. Recently moving from VT we were very concerned about finding good dental care. I’m truly grateful to have found such an exceptional dentist and team.

I called the office with a broken tooth on the Tuesday before Christmas. They saw me on Christmas Eve and scheduled me for just a few days later to have it taken care of. The office is clean and comfortable, and on neither of my two visits did I wait more than 5 minutes from the time I opened the door. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and extremely cognizant of any pain I might be feeling. So far so good!

Fantastic! I needed several crowns. My old dentist doesn't take my insurance and wanted to charge $2k apiece. The dentist at Crossroads takes my insurance, saw me almost immediately, did my exam and scheduled 2 of the crowns the next day. The staff has been tremendous and friendly. The technologies they employ are state of the art and Dr Nguyen was great! I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I am very uncomfortable going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable. I was greeted by both ladies at the desk. Another one came out and asked if she could help me. My hygienist Alex, was extremely nice and gentle. As he was Doing x-rays and cleaning my teeth, he asked me multiple times if I was comfortable and to let him know immediately if I was not. The doctor came in and greeted me. You can be very proud of your office All of your employees are top-notch. I have a critical eye because I’m a nurse. I will be back.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I love their location; the office is nice and comfortable. Staff is wonderful, and Dr. Nguyen is incredible: friendly, patient, gentle, informative, professional, and kind. Highly recommend.
