Dr. Francis is exceptional. Wild About Smiles was recommended to our family when our oldest child was just two years old. She is now nearly 24 and remains a patient at this office, as we truly cannot imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Francis is consistently patient, compassionate, and attentive with our children, and the entire staff is outstanding. Scheduling appointments has always been seamless and convenient. When cavities are identified during routine cleanings, Dr. Francis is often able to address them during the same visit, which we greatly appreciate since we travel from out of town. His thoughtfulness and dedication to patient care truly set this practice apart.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Our experience with Wild About Smiles has been nothing short of amazing. Every single person, from Sara who went above and beyond helping us with insurance and communication, to the dentist and anesthesiologist, showed true compassion and care from start to finish. Our son recently had surgery to have two teeth pulled, and after trying another dentist before, we can confidently say this team made all the difference. Even though Wild About Smiles was out of our network, the experience was worth every penny. Both my son’s father and I felt calm, confident, and cared for every step of the way. Their communication with our insurance company was seamless, and their follow-up after surgery was outstanding. They checked in to make sure o

*this is for the right dental office, I’m unsure why they’re claiming this is for the wrong practice (see below). I am writing this to warn every parent in this community. My 8-year-old daughter was referred here for an emergency infection, and it was a nightmare. The dentist physically restrained her ('strapped her down') while she was fully awake and terrified. He then proceeded to scream in her 8-year-old face over and over again while she cried. Instead of showing an ounce of compassion or professionalism, he kicked us out mid-crisis, told us she 'couldn't be there' because of her crying, and told me to just 'figure it out' somewhere else. My daughter used to love the dentist; now, thanks to this office, she has severe panic attacks even during simple cleanings. They abandoned a child

Today I took my 11-year-old daughter to this dental office for her second visit, this time for the extraction of 3 baby teeth. She was nervous and scared, so the nurse kindly asked me to hold her hand to comfort her. But when the doctor came in, instead of helping her feel calm, he started saying things like, “Why are you crying? You’re 11, old enough not to cry,” and “When you’re 30, are you still going to hold your mom’s hand?” He even said, “You are not going to hold your mom’s hand, she’s going to sit far away from you and you need to act like your age.” Hearing that broke my heart, because my daughter was frightened and just needed reassurance, not shame. He also mentioned, in a taunting way, that at our previous dentist, my daughter “wasn’t behaving her age and thats why your mom d

My 15mo son had fallen and injured his tooth pretty good. The dental assistant was amazing at getting him to do an x-ray (only took two tries!) and the dentist himself made me feel so much better and at ease with my son's injury, even allowing me to look at the x-ray alongside him. All of my children have been going there for their routine dental exams and we've always had great experience, but this one really hit home. Highly recommend.
