Fifty plus years of going to a dentist and this was the best experience I have ever had. For the first time ever, the front desk staff, McKayla and Rachel, took the time to explain my insurance coverage and what to expect for deductibles and out of pocket expense. The X-ray tech was very professional and friendly, explaining everything he was doing. Then came the dental tech, Tiffany! She was amazing! Professional, knowledgable, friendly and honest about my dental health. The Dentist himself was such a pleasure to meet. Professional, friendly and thorough. Overall, this staff was the most honest, caring and professional group of people I have met at a dental office. Highly recommend anyone needing dental care.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about patient comfort. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Scheduling was easy and I was seen right on time. I have never left a dentist appointment with such a big smile. I was hesitant as when I arrived there was no one at the desk but I think my appointment was starting right as lunch ended. Right as my 1 pm appointment hit all of the front staff poured in and saw to me immediately. The hygienist got me quickly and shook my hand as part of the greeting. I felt respected and appreciated and the rest of my time with her was fantastic. She educated me on stuff and also walked through my X-rays and photos and never seems annoyed by my questions. The DMD came in for his assessment and was friendly and also took an extra 15 min to smooth out a chip from the last dentist I had seen. After 45 years at the same dentist the owners changed and it was time for me to make a change. this was a wonderful experience I hadn’t had in the Reno/sparks area ever until this visit. I’m hooked and love my hygienist. The office staff was great. What more can you ask of a dentist?
