Widener Building map

My Mom is on the 2nd floor of the Widener Building and her entire nursing staff has went above and beyond to treat her and us like we're family. They exceeded our expectations and were really there for us during such a trying time. Big thanks to Zach, Kristin, Jr, Amy, Brianna, Caitie and Kevin! You're definitely appreciated! 🙏🏼💞🫶🏼

I had an adverse reaction to outpatient chemotherapy, and as a result I was an inpatient at Abington Hospital for a week while they got my blood chemistry back into balance. My room was on the second floor of the Widener Building. By far the best feature is the Nursing Staff: Kelly, Allison, Damon, Olivia, Megan and JR. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. One night, while I was sleeping, one of the leads to my heart monitor came off, and the people monitoring apparently told the nurse they were getting no heartbeat, and she rushed into the room. The first I knew Allison was in the room with her assistant, shaking me to see if I could respond. When I opened my eyes she said "He's still with us." Had a horrible experience with one of the financial assistance lady. I don't know if she doesn't like latinos or what but this lady gave an attitude for everything. Gave 2 stars because the other staff didn't give me a problem and the valet parking was nice and fast. If you deal with the tall big lady with short hair expect issues.

Went for a biopsy on my lung, from entering the building and everything after the treatment I got was beyond my expectations. Thanks to all!!
