Dr. Ravel was excellent. Isaiah was very customer focused. He was vey helpful in regards to picking my frames and color tint for lenses. He was very patient and kind. Isaiah and Frank made me feel very comfortable with picking my frames. And made the process effortless. I should have come here sooner.

Dr. Raval is amazing! She’s so kind, attentive, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything. You never feel rushed, and she truly cares about her patients. Huge shoutout to Isaiah and Frank, they are the best! Super friendly, helpful, and provide top-notch customer service. From start to finish, the whole office experience is great. Highly recommend Dr. Raval and her team if you’re looking for excellent eye care and great service!

Frank the manager was very informative and helpful. This is my 3rd time dealing with him. He tells you he is going to do something and he does it and follows up with you right away. I would highly recommend this place!

I had my annual eye exam today 12/19 at Target Optical for the first time with this establishment, and I must say Isaiah was exceptional. From his customer service skill to his knowledge, and kindness. I had a great experience today.

The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I worked with Isaiah, whose calm, kind and patient demeanor made the experience of picking out new glasses enjoyable and less nerve-racking. After getting two bad prescriptions from another provider, he recommended I get my eyes examined by Dr. Raval. I am happy to say I have two new pairs of glasses that I really like and that work for me.
