It’s been absolutely amazing…. This is the best dental care I have ever had. The entire staff is super sweet and caring about my specific needs. It has been so much easier to take care of my mouth with their treatment plan and guidance. Everyone explains everything thoroughly and provide purposeful care. They are honest and do not do anything you don’t need, they are amazong at helping you prevent future dental issues. The are absolutely the best! Thank you so much!

Dr. Sanchez is truly the best dentist in town. She never pushes unnecessary treatments and always focuses on what you actually need. She’s gentle, she listens, and she makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Her patience and her caring bedside manner are unmatched. I trust her so much that my entire family goes to her. She’s simply the best.

I have been a patient with my family for over 20 years. Alll the staff in the Whitney ranch location is just amazing. I love coming here, always a friendly welcome. Now, the corporate billing office could benefit with some customer training as of late, they will run patients out of the door with their demanding letters.

The dentists are amazing but the office staff is a different story. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this office and if you choose to use them make sure you check what they’re charging you (they upcharge without asking or informing you first) for and even though they “check” to see your coverages I would call your insurance first and confirm and not let them lie to you if your insurance says it’s not covered. The office manager assured me the crowns were covered when I received my first crown and I received 3 after with this notion. My insurance has advised me they were never covered and now they want me to pay 2k on top of the money I’ve already paid them. Any kind of discussion with them is futile as she is snarky and rude depending on the day. I will also be calling Cig
