I recently visited **Dr.uyen Ngo Dentist**, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, the whole vibe felt calm and welcoming — not that typical “cold dental office” feeling. The front desk team was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. If you’re someone who gets a little nervous about dental appointments (like me!), you’ll appreciate how relaxed everything feels. Dr. Uyen Ngo herself is just wonderful. She’s warm, patient, and really takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. I never felt rushed or talked down to. My dental hygienist Jordan Smith was great. Very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. Then the dentist Dr. Ngo, I could not ask for a nicer and professional dentist. I highly recommend the team of Dentists of West Henderson. The facility is specious, clean and very professional style decor. Starts with the reception area and everyone is always smiling and nice. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Dr Ngo was incredibly patient and thorough. She took the time to explain my condition clearly, walked me through the treatment options, and answered all of my questions without rushing. During the procedure, she was gentle and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. I especially appreciated her attention to detail and genuine care for my long-term dental health, not just a quick fix.

They are very nice and quick to attend, I was checking if they have open appt. today and scheduled my kid right away! I like it! Dr. Melina Ngo, Laura Krista and Krista the front desk are so friendly and nice!

I have been going to this dentist office over the last few years. The staff is always friendly and the hygienist is very informative. The environment is great, even for a family. I took my daughters in for separate timed appointments and Dr. Tang was able to accommodate for my girls to been seen about the same time. The team is very effective and efficient, and are willing to answer any questions that we may have. The team also stayed proactive and provided me with a quote for the new aligner services they provide.
