Great place with exceptional service from start to finish. I got there hours before my actual appointment but was still taken care of with no problem. Greeted by Dena at the front desk and she was super welcoming and very professional. Dental hygienist sheila did my x-rays and she was super informative and truly amazing. Finally Dr. Hong NGuyen went over everything with me about my visit and my next steps. Everything was so smooth sailing and exceptional. I look forward to my dental appointment here. Dena at the front desk is always professional, organized, and on top of everything with scheduling and billing, which makes the process stress-free. Cindy, my hygienist, was so gentle, thorough, and professional—she made my cleaning easy and comfortable. Shiela, the assistant, was caring and attentive, making sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. The hygienist was also amazing and very thourough with performing my dental cleaning! Dina, and assistant also welcomed me and made my visit there very pleasant! Everyone in the office was pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Dr Hong takes her time to explain everything about treatment and recovery. She is gentle and considerate to the patients comfort during procedures. Cindy, the hygienist, is very thorough. I could not ask for a better team!
