One star is being generous when it comes to Dr. Van, whom this review refers to. I truly wish Google allowed zero stars. There is a reason this provider’s reviews are overwhelmingly negative, and quite frankly, it is embarrassing for anyone who practices medicine because his bedside manner is beyond terrible. Last night, I waited over two hours with my three-year-old daughter to be seen. The nurse who took her vitals was kind, compassionate, and immediately commented on how miserable my daughter looked. She noted a low-grade fever and stated she strongly suspected flu or strep, and asked if she could go ahead and test her. Of course, I agreed. Approximately 30 minutes later, Dr. Van entered the room and stated that the tests were negative. He then snarkily asked, “Does this look like a s

This is way past due ...but I wanted to say how awesome white wilson immediate care staff and doctors are. I wanted to definitely compliment Dr.John Mills...I went to immediate care with severe abdominal pain ...dr.mills is so thorough that he would not let me leave until I did further testing ...had I ignored hos request I would not be here today as I would have become Septic and died ...so dr.mills literally saved my life as I was hospitalized and have since recovered. Again I was misdiagnosed with virus of course dr.mills was not there that day but I wasn't feeling any better so I went back the following Monday when he was there and again he diagnosed me with pneumonia in both lungs immediately gave me meds to help and saw me again in 2 days ...I cannot say enough about Dr.Mills no mat

My husband has been really sick for a few days and decided to go to immediate care, they dont do walk ins in the morning so he made a afternoon appointment, when he went back for his appointment and checked in at the front window, sat down and waited for 2 hours, he went back up to the window to ask when he would be seen and the lady said... Sir, apparently you have been skipped multiple times due to the other lady going on lunch after she checked you in and did not give the nurse your paperwork and because of that you need to reschedule for tomorrow morning!! That is absolutely unprofessional!!! This is immediate care meaning people come here to be seen because they are sick, we will never use white wilson immediate care again!!!

White Wilson is awful. The immediate care and the primary. I went in to figure out what was going on with me and was told, sample went out for further testing yet was never given an antibiotic to at least start until results came back and have tried 4 times now to get results and ask for meds Absolutely worst and this has happened to me on multiple occasions

I'm BLOWN AWAY at how nice the office staff & nurses are at white Wilson immediate care! 🙌🏻😃🙌🏻 The front office lady Teresa was incredibly helpful setting up my doctors appointment, even though I’m from out of town. Bailey the medical assistant was super friendly. Doctor Van and nurse Kim were WONDERFUL in helping treat my medical issues properly. Five stars for white Wilson immediate care!!! 🙌🏻 PS. Ft Walton Beach is lucky to have kind people caring for you and no wait times at white Wilson. In Atlanta / Roswell Georgia it’s VERY hard to get a doctors appointment anywhere - you have to wait for MONTHS!!!
