Symmetry Integrative Health & Yoga

Just moved to the area from PA and needed to find a good mix or YIN, restorative, and mixed yoga- specifically in a NOT heated setting. I have found my PLACE, love the studio. Love the teachers, love the vibes, and that it is five minutes from home helps! They offer more than just yoga as well: fun events such as Zumba and belly dancing. I thought it would take me forever to find somewhere I love, so happy I found Symmetry!

Hi, my name is Benjamin, I am a viet nam veteran and 76 years old and I joined Symmetry Integrative Health & Yoga lessons about 5 month ago, this is my first time taking Yoga lessons, Yoga lessons have been very beneficiary for me, at the beginning of the lessons I had some pain in my back, hips, legs, arms and I was out of balance, but today I can feel all my improvements due to the yoga lessons, my hip’s legs arms pain and my balance have been successfully improved. I go to yoga four times a week for one hour per lesson. All instructors are highly trained and a lot of experience and knowledge about Yoga. They are very patient, helpful and respectful as instructors. I HIGHLy Recommend Symmetry to anybody that wants to improve their living style and enjoy life- at a great Price!

I love Symmetry Integrative Health. It's one of the warmest and best places to do yoga , receive massage and all other variety of modalities. One stop shop! And Christie (the owner) is so accommodating. The space is positive in energy and attitude

I absolutely LOVE Symmetry. Christy and all the instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and caring so you reach your goals and avoid injury. They also offer a variety of services including massage to maintain a healthy life. Symmetry is my community!! I have heard they are adding additional classes. Christie has created such a warm and nurturing yoga studio. I've genuinely benefited from the various classes and massages. I enjoy the evening Yin yoga, its a perfect way to end the day.
