The team at NWF ENT is excellent and i highly recommend them.Today my first appointment with Deneb was very good. She is very friendly, professional and quite thorough. Deneb listened to me speak of my condition and walked me through the specifics and details of my recent CT scan and the recommendation for treatment options. Very comprehensive and articulate relative to my condition. Dr. Boole was very thorough in his follow up. Always in a good mood, even late in the day.I feel very comfortable and confident in the care the team provides. Really good experience. Shout out to the reception crew up front and the nurse working with Deneb, she was very courteous and professional. Much appreciated. Rick

I have been very satisfied with NWFL ENT. I first saw Dr Boole who ended up referring me to UF for further treatment on that aspect. Then I finally got around to getting my hearing tested at NWFL ENT. Then the audiologist was able to replace the rechargeable batteries in my hearing aids that haven't worked for at least a couple of years due to the batteries not rechargeable anymore. Today we were able to get the hearing aids paired to my phone though due to the technology, I'll need to buy a special accessory to make it BT accessible to use with my phone and with streaming apps. At least she was able to get the Oticon app to pair the hearing aids to adjust with the Oticon app for now. I'll buy the special clip accessory through eBay. Greatest medical experience I have had in awhile! Deneb was very upbeat and thorough. She kept me informed as she checked me over and made arrangements to take care of all the things I requested. Highly recommend!
