White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My loved one has been admitted to white oaks recently and so far his stay and my experience has been a positive one . . The staff has been on point and helpful in answering all questions. Having a private room also allows the patient some privacy and time to recuperate either after surgery or an illness. I unfortunately have had family in rehab facilities and I cannot recommend them . White Oaks has restored my faith in rehabilitation with the ultimate goal of recovery.

The social work team—Lisa, Rebecca, and Jean—has been incredibly supportive in navigating our needs. While visiting a childhood friend, we were so pleased that he is happy where he lives. He says the staff is very nice, and he really does like White Oaks. I complimented him on his haircut, and told him he looks good, and the front desk reminded him that he just got a haircut four days ago. Who would remember that unless they cared? The staff is pleasant and although we just visited in the lobby for two hours - it was comfortable and clean. Thank you for enriching his 80 year old life.

White Oaks has been an incredibly warm, helpful, and healing place for my family member. The staff is lovely and you can tell they truly care. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend for your loved one!

BED SORES ARE A CLEAR SIGN OF NEGLECT. There is a saying what shines isnt always Shine-nola, with a 4.2 rating it's clear to me patrons, I too am guilty are clueless to good Healthcare. The staff is even less knowledgeable than that. MONEY was clearly the main concern here, as I got more phone calls from the cashier than I did a nurse or dr on any occasion concerning my parent until they were on the way to a hospital. Nursing takes knowledge, compassion and care which is not a requirement or priority to be employed at this so called nursing facility. My parent was a resident here for 2 years he walked in and got carried out. The staff made numerous excuses to why he/her were not bathed or removed from bed at all for a week at a time.
