White Family Dental

I recently moved to Elizabethtown a couple of years ago, after living in the same area for 30+ years, and having the same dentist for those 30+ years as well. It was a big transition for me, and I thought that any new dental office I chose, would never be able to compare… but boy was I wrong! I absolutely love White Family Dental! Dr. White is really personable and professional and does excellent dental work. And the hygienists and dental assistants are all top notch! His whole staff is talented, friendly and very professional. Everyone works as though they are independent cogs working hard in a giant dental machine, all turning and doing their part to keep the hands of time in the office working succinctly as they should. I have been going to White Dental 🪥for years. I really don't have anything negative to say at all because...THEY ARE FANTASTIC!😁 EVERYONE that works there is so FRIENDLY🤗, CARING🥰, & NICE🥹 to deal with!! And I genuinely mean that! Each hygienist that i ever had has been so super to work with. They are very gentle, compassionate, and caring. They do everything they can do to make sure that you are comfortable before they begin to clean your teeth🦷. I always need a small pillow behind my neck, they are ready with it because it's on my chart. Absolutely amazed at the high quality of service provided. Started at the front desk with Linda, to the hygienist Ally, Dr Otto, and to check out. Exam was thorough. Then Dr Otto took time to explain exam results and suggested plan. Felt a partnership with the team. They really live their mission.

White Family Dental provides complete dental care in every aspect. Dr Otto is the greatest!…and Michelle is a top-notch hygienist! I am very confident in their care. In addition, the entire staff I engaged with was caring, friendly, respectful & professional - more than willing to take the time necessary to answer any questions or solve any problems. I am new to the area and felt so welcome from the minute I walked in the door by your wonderful and friendly receptionist Linda. Then met Alley the Dental Assistant who took time to get to know me, my family, dental concerns and goals. She explained everything she was doing and was very thorough and professional. Dr. Niessen was so lovely and went over my X-rays with me and we discussed some preventative work I should have done. We also got to know each other and I felt right at home. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I know I have found the best dental practice. I will highly recommend you to friends and family.☺️
