Everyone is always so kind, prescriptions are filled super quick even if it wasn't started when you get there. The line moves quickly with multiple people helping to check out and questions are answered nicely and thoroughly. Love going here!

Love these guys! They ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers. The fact that they even have emergency service available on days they're closed has LITERALLY SAVED MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE when her insulin ran out to soon. I will ALWAYS recommend the AMAZING PPL over ANY OTHER PHARMACY PERIOD.

Sloans used to be a top notch pharmacy where mistakes weren’t made. I wasn’t happy with how rude Jake was today. When I called I asked if I could use a good rx coupon and was told yes, upon arrival Jake said I cannot use it “ I’m doing YOU a favor by ordering you a certain brand” That’s called having a customer who had a bad reaction to another brand of medicine. You aren’t doing ME the favor you are ensuring I do not get sick. You should simply say hey this is the deal and not come off as rude and condescending. You are in the business of medications and customer service. That is your JOB

Sloans PHARMACY is AWESOME!! 😀 I left CVS, after going there for years!! I got extremely 😠 frustrated with them. There was a specific medication that one of my family members took monthly for years. It was on automatic refil, well it was "supposed" to be automatic! It very seldom got filled!! For one thing, almost everytime I would go to get it, guess what?? They NEVER had it! Their reason for years (since COVID) was that they couldn't get it from the manufacturer!! (BUT I could be waiting for months for it, and then they would fill someone elses order over mine when it would finally come in!) HOW can that possibly be??? The one summer, they litterly never had it! Well, guess what? SLOANS NORLANCO PHARMACY ALWAYS HAS IT!! NEVER ONCE HAVE THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T HAVE IT! So, guess what I

This is the best pharmacy. Plenty of staff, scripts always ready on time & pharmacists always willing to answer any questions. Their OTC products are priced lower than CVS & there is a well sticked gift shop section,too. They accept all major insurance plans Unfortunately, insurance companies are forcing consumers to use CVS & other large retailers rather than independents like Sloan's.
