The office staff is very kind and try their best to get your insurance coverage fir care. Unfortunately Dr Genna imo is inexperienced, disorganized and borderline incompetent. She totally screwed up a simple filling redo, missed decay in the tooth and I ended up needing root canal. She also extracted a molar which she and Endo guy told me was too "expensive" to fix. The extraction was prolonged and very painful. Tooth next to it ended up needing root canal.I have been to many dentists in my 70 plus years and she is by far the least accomplished I've encountered. The practice seems to be running on the beloved, deceased Dr Knolltons reputation. I would not refer anyone there. They have cost me 3 thousand dollars in follow up expenses ,all from seeking a filling repair.

They are just inconsistent in how they act towards people. Unfortunately I have a personal issue with this facility but it will not be reflected in my review. The Covid-19 precautions are outstanding. It's clear that they care about the well-being of each and every one of their patients. They do everything by the book no exceptions. They do work on kids. But, this wouldn't be my first recommendation to take your children to. The overall feeling of this place is that of a library. It was a suggestion at one of my family's appointment that I might need to leave the building because my younger child crawled across the floor loudly. They appeared to be family oriented since on multiple occasions they had to bring their own children to work with them.

This is undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever been to! Every single member of their team is a joy to interact with. I had a very early morning appointment and received the warmed welcome. I have never before left a dentist thinking "that was an incredible experience" until now. I'm grateful they are in my neighborhood and highly recommend them!

I neglected my teeth for years and when I finally needed to get on the right path I was afraid of judgement. It started with pain from a tooth that was infected not only did they get me in the same day but there was never any judgment when I told them just how long it had been since I sought dental care. I also have to commend their treatment of your pain, every 10 minutes or so they checked in to make sure I was still feeling numb and comfortable. I tend to start feeling things again after 15 to 20 mins so for a longer procedure it was nice to know if I felt something they would take care of it and therefore makes everything more manageable. I have slowly become ok with going to the dentist. They broke down what I needed to do step by step and never gave me a hard time or made me feel u
