So I only am putting 2 star for one employee. Everyone at tanner clinic is great. I love tanner clinic. I never had an issue here. I have regular drs I see. But I just started seeing someone in the mental health department. My therapist is great. No complaints. It’s the front office lady for behavioral health. She’s very rude and full of attitude. She full on yelled at me cause I said it told me i didn’t have a co payment and it always notifys me when I have one. She said I was wrong and stupid. Then she gave me a card for my appointment for the wrong day. We said the 23rd. I have an appointment card for the 23rd. 🙃 and I come in she makes it a big deal infront of everyone that I missed my appointment when she scheduled the wrong day. Always have had good experiences here! Quick appointment options, walk in service, the staff is friendly and thorough. I have brought my family here since 2006 and I love this doctor's office. Mark Goodrich is my go-to provider - he's compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable.

We started taking my daughter last year. The doctor was ok. However trying to get the office to submit the correct coding and information to my insurance was a nightmare. We had approximately 15 visits and they were all for the same issue. Repeatedly we had the insurance deny coverage because of insufficient information we spent the last 6 months of the year trying to get the office to submit correctly and all but 2 visits finaly got coverd. With the last 2 denied visits the office finaly stopped working with us and our insurance. This left us to make a final appeal to the insurance with us turnning everything we had into them. I am a patient of Dr. Ericksen. He is amazing!! I really feel that he takes my issues to heart and really listens and I fell that he actually wants to help me especially for how busy he is. I have never felt rushed at my appointments. I am in my early 20's and have been battling depression, Anxiety, and OCD for most of my life. He is the only doctor that has been able to help me. Although my disease isn't cured and I don't think it ever will be, Its really reassuring to know that Dr. Ericksen won't give up on me. Also, staff is great as well. His nurses are fantastic. Good work!!

The physicians are great. However the girls who work the front desk are unfriendly. And the way the front desk is set up- I always feel like I'm announcing to the whole room who I am, what I'm being seen for, and my other personal info.
