Walgreens Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy for years now. My prescriptions are pretty run of the mill. Lately there is never a pharmacist on duty or they're closed for any number of reasons. My most recent 2 refills they pushed me to the point that I ran out of medicine. Thankfully I could go without and it wasn't life or death but imagine if it were! Also my prices are always different. Same prescription, same insurance, same year, sometimes they charge me $3, sometimes $30. I have never gotten a good explanation from them. Just a generic "this is what the computer says" Ill be moving my business elsewhere.

Walgreens used to be great. Best pharmacy for convenience, efficiency, speed, and hours. These days though, terrible hours, ridiculous pharmacist inconsistency, poor organizational system, and basically zero reliability. They cause you to regularly go without meds for days &/or full weekends due to poor staffing, notification, system &/or staff errors causing prescriptions to not go through the system, and overall organization. The delays are endless. This applies to at least all Davis County locations in my experience. I've had to start moving my long list of medications to other more reliable pharmacies.

Sudden closures, now not open on the weekend, out of stock prescriptions that mean you ran out of a medication you are not supposed to miss a dose of. The rx is filled but the pharmacy is closed so you can't get it at another location because of insurance. It would be better if this location closed and absorb the staff into another location. Understand the location is understaffed and shame on walgreens for not treating their employees better. There are plenty of locally owned pharmacies to choose from. I for one will not be back.

Pharmacy is not open on weekends due to understaffing. This resulted in significant confusion when attempting to request a prescription due to confusing hours of operations and misinformation. Consequently, I was required to transfer many of my perceptions to different stores, which was both frustrating and inconvenient.

The one male pharmacist here made it worth coming back to this pharmacy. He was so patient and helped me out when my insurance was delayed on updates. Each time I come back it has been a good experience. A couple years ago it was rough, but coming back, they have improved significantly in service.
