I have mixed emotions about this place. I’ll start with the positive as someone who has had a lot of medical procedures done. Staff was courteous to me. Linda the amazing receptionist was an absolute gem. Every single nurse I interacted with starting from my intake nurse, to the nurse who inserted my ivs, to those that attended to me after my procedure all lovely. All professional. My doctor (Dr.Delopez) and anesthesiologist were so professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Now onto why this place got two stars. The wait time is excessive. I had a 9:30am procedure and didn’t get taken in until 11-11:30am. I only noticed three procedure rooms. When my intake nurse was doing my medical assessment prior to my procedure I also noticed they had about six different doctor

This office is the worst!!! My bf came for a colonoscopy. They don't understand what an appointment is and have you waiting literally for 3+ hours! This place needs to be shut down or everyone needs to go through training!!!! They don't use common sense and will continue to call the same person over and over for 20+ minutes instead of skipping to the next person. Bad customer service and not friendly at all!!!! On top of that, I've been sitting here for hours and the bathroom in the waiting room has been used like a revolving door used every 5-10 minutes. And not once did they clean the bathroom with any type of disenfectant or sanitizing Anything! That's disgusting it's a doctor office you should be more clean than that! You don't wipe up piss with a paper towel under your feet! Nasty!!!!

Accompanied a family member, appointment was at 10. They tell you arrive 15 mins before which we did , upon arriving , the waiting area was full, more than 50 people waiting. My family member has yet to be seen and it’s 11:10am. Keep in mind they are not allowed to eat from the day before and having to use the bathroom the entire time. Patients were using the restroom on rotation and this practice does not consider these patients …with their overbooking. If you have private insurance do not come to the office ! Typical medical office that accepts Medicaid and government insurance, they over book patients, the wait times are excessive , and the quality of care is standard not anything extra

It was an awesome service. It was quick, very well-prepared, and the personnel were excellent. The process was fluent, and they communicated each step they were taking with you. I didn't have to wait long, like other reviews stated. Overall, very pleasant experience. Edit: I had to change my review to two stars instead of five: they charged my insurance $4,000 for a colonoscopy plus doctor's hours, which, from that, I ended up paying more than $1,500! IT IS INSANE! My insurance agent told me to talk to them to look for better options next time. I had to make a payment because I cannot afford this amount. Honestly, do not go here. My mom had an appointment for 10:30, we got here at 10am, it is currently 2:20pm and she is still in there. The staff have zero regard for patients here or for the fact that she hasn't eaten anything since last night. A colonoscopy doesn't take 5 hours. If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this is disgusting and unacceptable.
