This place truly makes it their business to make you smile. They are always polite, professional and prompt. They work with you and your insurance to make a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan. I had a complex case due to some other health concerns and they have done a wonderful job accommodating me. The doctor has a wonderful chair-side manner and always takes great care to explain what they are doing and put my fears at ease. Recently Vanessa worked a miracle for me on a cosmetic dental issue I was having and it made such a difference in smile. I literally cried. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They did two crowns for me. One has a large gap where the original tooth is showing under the crown, and the other was glued in crooked such that the back side of the crown does not line up correctly with the tooth behind it. Both of these crowns are causing extreme pain and headaches. My bite doesn't line up on one side and the tooth being exposed on the other is causing pain. I can hardly bite down as pain shoots up the nerve. I can only eat soft foods until I get this figured out. I have had their dentist look at one of the crowns and she just argued it was fine. They also treated the wrong side on my son, leaving me with no insurance on the year to cover his main issue. They also attempted a root canal on my 15 year old son, and did not tell me that they could not complete it. I had to

The front desk staff are not my preferred people to deal with. Once they finally get things settled with my insurance & I get this next filling I will not be returning. I should not have to keep calling my insurance provider, just for them to say the office never sent the claim or they never received it and that the office would have to reach out ANYWAY and that only the office can submit the claim. I really feel like because it got difficult she didn't want to do her job or go above and beyond to make sure it reached the correct people so the claim got paid. Wasn't super happy about the dentist I saw last time being gone, which is no one's fault the new one was gentle so that was a pleasant surprise. I have been terrified of dentist but Dr. Uma and her staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Didn't even feel the shot she gave me! So thankful they were able to fix my smile 😃

Westside dental staff was pleasant and personable, kind, and caring. Marsha, the hygienist cleaned my teeth. She is Excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. Marsha is alway happy and does an excellent at cleaning my teeth. She has Wonderfull suggestions to improve my oral Health and tooth care. I recommend Westside dental and their other locations.
