Dr. Annie is so nice and understanding! My daughter previously had an awful experience at another dentist and she made her feel so safe. My daughter came out smiling! Her staff is amazing too and so helpful! I’m sad we didn’t find them sooner!

My first dental procedure with Dr Annie to have an old filling redone. No pain or discomfort and was done quickly. Best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely back and refer this office to others.

The staff was great from the front office to back. Dr Edwards is Great. I love her and her bedsides manners. She is a natural for making you believe she has your best interest at heart. I always feel pleased when leaving her office. I recommend everyone to come and encounter The Westgate Dental Experience.

Actually, I am very disappointed because I am very fond of Dr. Annie Howard. I was scheduled for a six-month cleaning. My last cleaning was April 2025. I was told I had a balance of $70. I asked why there was a balance for a routine cleaning. The bill included X-rays and the insurance company only pays a certain amount, of course. I asked what would today’s visit include. I was told it would include cleaning, X-rays-including bitewings. I said I just wanted a cleaning since it had only been six months since the last x-rays. I went back to the waiting area. I waited over 50 minutes only to be told that the X-rays were mandatory and I could decide if I wanted to stay or leave….It took almost an hour for you to tell me that. I asked twice if there would be a charge if decided to leave and was

My visit today was amazing. I usually have anxiety whenever scheduled for a dentist appointment but today my visit was awesome. I could really tell that my hygienist takes pride in her work. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgable. I look forward to my next appointment.
