U-Save-It Pharmacy - Dawson Road

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently switched to USave It Pharmacy and I am so glad I did! The staff is very nice and genuinely kind. They addressed all of my concerns quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My delivery was also very fast, which I really appreciate. They are incredibly convenient, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!!!

I recently changed over to U-Save-It Pharmacy, actually as of yesterday from CVS pharmacy on North Westover Blvd. CVS didn't accept my new insurance provider and I wasn't sure which pharmacy to choose, until I observed the 5 star rating of U-Save-It. I spoke with a young lady named Chelsey who was amazing from day 1 cf our first conversation. Chelsey went above and beyond the call of duty and has continued to exceeded performance standards. She's kept me updated on my rxs (prescription) authorizations which is causing a delay in my hospital dismissal and updated on CVS successfully transferring all my rxs (prescriptions) they've dropped the ball on. Chelsey's due diligence was confirmation that I'd chosen the right pharmacy that I just started with 1 day ago. I haven't experienced

I absolutely love this place!!! I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. The customer service is exceptional. They are always willing to go over and beyond to help their clients. They are great with resources and always willing to share their own stories. My entire home comes here. Words can't describe how much my trust this place. A friend recommended that I stop wasting time standing in line waiting for prescriptions. She was absolutely right. I walked into USave pharmacy on Dawson Rd.and the warmest greeting met me. The assistant took my RX and asked me a few personal questions. I told her that I had to pay cash since my insurance was Kaiser and not accepted. I asked for the prices before the RX was filled, and she obliged my request. The cost of all 3 RX was less than $25, and I thought that couldn't be right. But it was, and I thought it made sense for me to use them from now on. I'm definitely a repeat customer whenever that time comes.
