I asked a retired endodontist who the best dentist was in Albany, and, without hesitation, he said I needed to go to Dr. Hardie. I did, and it was apparent from the onset that Dr. Hardie was a master of his craft. He fitted a damaged tooth I had with a crown, and I have not had any issues with the tooth at issue since. Importantly, not only is Dr. Hardie excellent, but his staff is excellent as well. I need to ask him whether they’re all naturally friendly and helpful or whether they’ve engaged in any specific customer service training because I would like to send my staff for the training he utilizes as well. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Albany area, rest assured that you cannot go wrong with Dr. Hardie and his staff.

Dr. Hardie is a bad ass. This man knows his chit. He’s a damn good dentist. His staff is off the chain. Melissa is a little bad ass ❤️, Tracy is a little bad ass, Deb knows her chit and is bad ass. His staff is damn good and is the very best. Dr. Hardie is the goat and his staff is top notch. If you want or need an ass kickin’ dentist 🦷 go see Dr. Hardie. He is the goat and you will not be disappointed 😔. I’ve been going to him for over 20 years . He has a variety of services.

First visit and everyone was very pleasant. Dr. Hardie was very friendly. Had to have two abssessed teeth pulled and it was virtually painless. He did a great job. I will be making this my go to dental office.

We just had our first visit with Dr. Hardie and I have to say we were very happy with our experience. The staff was friendly. They explained everything they were doing when doing it. There wasn’t a long wait which we have experienced at our last dentist. Definitely would recommend!!

My hygienist Heather is thorough, careful and kind. Dr Hardie tells you what you need to know without shaming and super comfortable to work with. Both, get to know you which makes it fun and helps me relax. The ladies at the front desk know what they are doing, get you done quickly and are fantastic about getting reminders for your appointment to you so you don't forget. Overall, this place makes you feel important before you get there, when you get there and when you leave.
