Westfields Hospital & Clinic Urgent Care

Having a difficult time trying to support a medical establishment that continues to ask the patient if they would like certain testing, opting them or of diagnosis essentially. When my husband presents full health insurance, run the tests! You're meant to be the medical professionals, not us. His treatment thus far has been nothing short of embarrassing, and it's inexcusable. Asking him if he wants a step test, or chest X-rays for pneumonia... Why would that be up to him to decide with literally no medical field experience. I'm floored after his second experience in less than two weeks. This should be reported on a state level. Treat your patients correctly!!!!!!

Went here sickly..only thing they did was give shot for headache..no tests or anything. Wasted my time/money for nothing..went to another care & they did everything for me & then some. This one in new richmond does nothing for you but waste your time..

Best experience I have had at an urgent care ever. I took my 3yr old son in today (Saturday) for what I new was a ear infection. They called us back within 7min of check in. The CNA doing vitals was so sweet and kind to me and my son. Then the PA came in with respect and kindness. She listened to my concerns and gave us the meds we needed. Best medical and receptionist staff ever. Thank you

Donna Johnson was not at all empathetic of my condition. She raised her voice to me, humiliated me and could care less about her patients. I do not recommend going to see her if you need help. She will pair you with a student, skate around your appt, and rifle through questions, although she doesn’t care about the answers I am extremely disappointed in the care I have received here. I would like a call from a client coordinator asap. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

My first impression was anger since the first thing the nurse said was “Happy Birthday” to my son even though he is born in February. She was probably looking at the wrong chart. She kept asking how long he has had his sore throat even though I never mentioned him having a sore throat. After waiting for 45 minutes to see the doctor, she checked my son’s vitals. Didn’t perform any tests such as Covid. She Suggested allergy meds, flonase and honey. I could’ve googled that😂 He has a bad cough and it’s definitely not just allergies. We Will be going to another urgent car tomorrow to get the necessary tests we need with doctors that actually care about people’s well being. She seemed more focused on getting us out of the door than actually helping us. If 0 stars was an option, the hospital woul
