Westfields Community Pharmacy

To be honest, I’ve never cared for how they treat their customers but this tends to get overlooked due to there only being a few pharmacies that are close to the hospital. However I have been picking up the same medication monthly and this month I went in to pick up my script only to find out the price doubled! DOUBLED! As a cash pay I find it unacceptable that they did not bother to notify me, prior to going in. On top of it they do not allow any coupons, manufacturers, good rx or similar. So factor in the awful service and price….NEVER AGAIN WORST pharmacy ever. I’ll be going back to Walgreens

My husband was prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication and first the pharmacy said the pain med was written for liquid not tablet so need to get another Rx. Husband left home to wait for call. That evening got call Rx received and could picked until 7pm or next day. Husband went in next morning to find Rx not filled yet. When pharmacist went to fill noticed Rx was not able to be used with antibiotic. Husband went there and was unable to take the medication anyway. My question is why this was not noticed in the initial processing.

Good up untill recently. This has happened on more than one occasion to me where they don't fill a prescription for whatever reason (which is fine I understand protocol) but then never call me to notify me. Just wait for me to call or show up thinking my prescription went through. Very rude and frankly very irritating

Love this place! Staff is awesome and go out of their way to accommodate. I will always get my prescriptions there!

Love love love this pharmacy! They are beyond kind and helpful. I'd pick them over Walmart or family fresh any day. Walmart messed up my prescriptions constantly, but Westfield's always gets it right!
