Family Fresh Pharmacy

I will never use this pharmacy again and it’s unfortunate. I am a disabled veteran and because of this injury I will need pain medication for the remainder of my life. I was injured during the first gulf war. I wish I didn’t need this medication but it is what it is and I make the best of the situation. Anyway because of this I have to arrange any travel around this medicine as well as a couple of other medications. Being prudent I actually called twice and spoke with two separate pharmacy staff and was told that I could fill the medication the day prior to thanksgiving. So I called that morning and was promptly told No!, it was a day early. I tried to explain and was quickly told that I had to wait for the pharmacist. So, the pharmacist jumped on the call and said no he would not fill it

I switched from one of the BIG branded pharmacy’s to here and I could not be happier. The medication I take is very rare but Andy was able to get it in no problem. They are so friendly and helpful here, I call up a few days prior to refill and they order it and comes in the next day. I am so glad I switched. They treat you like a human not like just another customer. Thanks Family Fresh/New Richmond

Been a customer since moving to the area 5 years ago, and this is the best pharmacy I've ever had. Consistently caring, efficient service, and the pharmacist is just excellent. They've even helped me unsnarl insurance issues.

We came here for pediatric Covid immunizations that were available immediately after approval when our regular clinic didn’t offer them. Now my kids insist on having Pharmacist Andy and his “magic bandaids” for their immunizations! We were back today for another booster and appreciate your efficient care!

I have been with Family Fresh Pharmacy since Pamida closed and everything was transferred tto FF They are the best! Always friendly, and the prices cannot be beat. I would not go anywhere else. They also give flu shots and covid shots, and others that seniors need, so we dont have to go somewhere else. Its a great Pharmacy.
