I set an appointment months in advance, Dr Smith tried rescheduling it because she made an appointment of her own at the same time & day. They called & ask if I can come in earlier which I couldn’t, they proceeded to tell me I would have to wait another two months to see her at the time I was scheduled for. Then went on saying they are canceling my appointment completely now based on I didn’t agree to the time change, asked “are you serious” for asking her to honor the months in advance appointment that was already set. In my opinion this is just very unprofessional & sad. You dont make appointments months in advance you can’t keep. It’s already bad enough we all have to wait months for Dr appointments in the first place! Then for the Dr to not honor them it makes it some sort of other mes

As both a patient and a referring dentist, I can personally vouch that Dr. Smith and her team provide the absolute best periodontal (gum) care around. They attend to the individual needs and concerns of each patient, spending ample time for consultations and treatment. This office makes the patient feel like they are family at every visit. Highly recommended!

Dr. Sayuri Smith and team were a pleasure to work with! They were accommodating with my schedule and were excellent at explaining the process of the procedure. Friends were telling me about it being a painful procedure I didn't feel any discomfort at all nor for the time after when I was healing. I would highly recommend them and have already to friends and family!

i’ve been a patient here for 30 years and have always received outstanding care. there is consistency in the staffing. they always ensure that i have the same hygienist/technician each time to ensure that they are on top of my personal needs. cindy does an amazing job, spending over an hour on every detail of my teeth and gums. she’s incredibly professional yet compassionate. pat has worked the desk as long as i can remember and i always feel welcome when i walk in greeted by her. the kindness of this team makes going to the periodontist more enjoyable. they go above and beyond.
