Cara is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment and treatment. She diagnosed a chronic shoulder issue I had been having and developed a therapy plan to address it. My range of motion increased significantly after one session and the pain improved in my neck and shoulders. The actual hands-on work felt like a deep tissue massage. She gave me a few exercises to continue to rehab the shoulder between sessions. I highly recommend Cara without reservation. Her background as an OT and an athlete gives her a very unique skillset and approach to her clients. She is easy going and lovely to work with.

Cara did an amazing job to help with my injury and to work on getting me back to the things I want to do as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have been getting dry needling and acupuncture for years, but have been traveling to do it - and I am so happy to have found Cara right here in Cleveland. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She will take the time to really listen to you, figure out what is wrong, and she will work with you to make a plan to best to meet your needs. The team at PHYT Cleveland is tremendous. Cara has helped me out multiple times with weird injuries and been able to properly explain root causes and the proper rehab path to 100% functionality. I’ve been in chronic pain due to computer posture on the right side of my body for over ten years. It’s funny because normally I have to have therapy done like dry needling or massage every week to feel somewhat better but with Eric, Dr. Perez I find that the pain doesn’t come back for a long time because he actually is healing the root cause of the issue. I’ve also been to a chiropractor and NO ONE adjusts the way Eric does. You’ve never had your neck or back cracked!
