I called to set up new patient appointments for my wife and 2 kids. They asked if I could hold for a moment.... 20 min later I hung up. I called back at 1:04 and it said they were closed. Online it says they are open until 2 pm. I guess they don't want my family's business. I

Office canceled my appointment without notifying me and also failed to move me onto my own account when I was taken off of my parents account when I provided proof and change of insurance the previousyear. When my parents account was closed, the office failed to notify me of my canceled appointments and then noted that they could never take me on a patient again. I was at one point impressed with the office but now I'm disappointed with the lack of transparency. Sadly leaving a one star.

I love this office. I normally see Brianna as my hygienist who is knowledgeable and very gentle but thorough. She made me feel so comfortable right from the beginning and is very personable. The dr, who has been there for years, is very nice and isnt pushy at all. I have had my appointment rescheduled once due to an overload of patients however the front desk woman, Deana, called me right back and got me squeezed into Brianna’s schedule just a week later. I have always had a pleasant experience at this office and will continue to come here.

Was in February for a “cleaning” that never was done because there was no doctors available to assist the hygienist. So I was rescheduled to today 4/9, I receive a call at noon 3 hours before my appointment that I have an outstanding $100 bill from last time that insurance kicked back for the cleaning that I again NEVER had done. I receive a second phone call at 2:30 for the same thing an hour before my appointment now. I find it oddly funny that I receive a call for an outstanding bill an hour before my said appointment that I can’t cancel because then I’ll be charged the $100 cancellation fee or no show fee.
