I have been a patient here since 1980. All my dental work and cleanings have been a pleasure.the doctors/dentists are the best! I trust them completely.they also have my mom as a patient too.she is 93 years old now and is very happy with them.i have had wonderful experiences with the dental hygienist over the years I have been a patient.some have retired but I must give a shout out to my current Hygienist, Rebekah.this young lady is so very kind and considerate very professional and meticulous with her cleaning.she also is gentle throughout the cleaning being very careful as she works on you.I would highly recommend her to anyone especially patients or children that may have had some fear of getting there teeth cleaned.Zugner & Petersen dental group are very lucky to have Rebekah on there

I consider myself fortunate to have found Zugner & Pedersen Dental Group. In just a few months, I found out several problems that had not been found by another Rochester practice. Whether the hygienist, Rebekah; the dental assistant, Cheryl; or Dr. Zugner; each was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time I needed to understand the options and the recommended procedures. I enthusiastically recommended this practice. I don't want to leave out the wonderful office staff. They do so much more than just handle appointments. If you have a question, they have an answer. If they don't, they find out the answer and get back to you.

I’ve been going to Zugner & Pedersen since they took over the practice from their predecessors. They’ve done crowns, fillings and oral examinations on me over the years. They both have always been friendly, professional and accurate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys for your dental work! All of the hygienists there are awesome also!

I made an appointment due to a bump below my #31 tooth way in the back. Dr. Zugner found that I actually had a crack through my whole tooth and informed me that it needed to be removed. I went into panic mood. Dr. Zugner and his assistant were kind and empathetic to my emotions and ensured that with an injection of numbing I would feel nothing. I literally was done in 40 minutes with written care and Dr. Zugner's cell number in case of any needs. I have been with this office since 1982 and feel that the team is exceptionally caring towards their patients.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years due to a previous bad experience somewhere else and this team made me completely change my mind when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned! They were so nice and welcoming! I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have had bad dentist in the past!
