Dr. G is a friendly, talented, compassionate and GENTLE dentist with an incredible bedside manner. I had a dental emergency over the weekend and was in tremendous pain. Without a second thought, Dt. G.’s staff scheduled me immediately, even though I wasn’t a current patient. Dr. G even stayed after hours to take care of me. This whole practice is full of warm, friendly people who will make you feel seen and heard, even when you are a last-minute emergency appointment from out of town. I’m returning just to get treated by Dr G. You don’t meet human beings like this very often, let alone gifted dentists who make you feel safe. You’re in good hands with Dr. G!

I had a great experience at Innovation Dental. I went there for a checkup and cleaning Sarah the hygienist did a excellent job cleaning my teeth. I also met Dr Gina who did the oral exam part of my visit and a third generation dentist in the practice.

I went to Innovative Dental today for a cleaning, and I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this—I’m already looking forward to my next visit! I’ve had some tough dental experiences in the past, so I was really nervous walking in. But as soon as I was greeted by Sara, who ended up doing my cleaning, I felt comfortable. She was so attentive and immediately noticed when I was a little uncomfortable. She offered me a gel for my gums that made the cleaning process so much easier. I also saw Dr. Gina because of a chipped front tooth. She was incredibly kind and understanding. When I mentioned that my brother’s wedding is in just two days, she asked if I had time to stay a little longer. After a terrible experience at a previous dental office I lost hope in finding a trustworthy dentist in the Rochester area. A family member insisted that I try Innovative Dental. I’ve had two visits thus far and couldn’t be happier! The entire staff is extremely friendly and the dental work is nothing short of perfection!

From my first visit, they have always gotten me in very timely. The hygienists and dentists really care and have helped me tackle problems that I didn’t even know they could help me with. I have and will continue to highly recommend Innovative Dental to others.
