First of all, I've waited over 2 weeks for this office to send my clearance from the periodontist to my orthodontist in another practice. They still havent even though they said 1 weeks ago that they would. I called this morning Jan 5, 2026 and the lady named Kim at the receiving end was very rude and didn't listen to what I said when I was giving her the email address to send. She was spelling the words incorrectly and I kept correcting her but she was very rude and didnt have the time of day to talk on the phone. She cut the call when I was mid sentence when I was only asking her to please repeat the email address that I just gave her. Such a rude woman that doesnt deserve to be in customer service. She needs to be replaced.

Kim was very rude to me when I questioned the cost for my procedure. Because of her combativeness I left the office and advised her to just bill me. Can we please 🙏 treat people with respect and some kindness.

Their billing aspect of the business is atrocious. Been getting work done on a molar for 2 years (scheduling has been another story, nothing but rescheduling on their end). Before any work is done, they require payment upfront from you. Karen seems to never have the patient ins. info. updated. Which means the pricing is wrong. Once they charged me and I didn’t get the work done … do to another mishap on their end. It was a hassle to get the money refunded. Just be aware. Once this procedure is done, I’m out.

Went in with a filling that was being a problem dr Savannah and her medical assistant Jessica were so pleasant and made me comfortable the entire time. I’m not a dentist kind of guy but convinced me to come back for my cleaning. Thank you!

Usually they’re good but they waited until the day of my appointment (which was for 9am) to send me a text to reschedule. When I called they said 3 hygienist left or went to another office (things happen) but it just is kinda crappy to tell someone the day of their appointment is canceled and the next available isn’t until the fall. You’re gonna tell me the 3 of them leaving didn’t provide any notice to leaving the office so patients could be rescheduled appropriately or find another office to go too. But if I didn’t show or cancelled day of I’m sure I’d be charged some sorta fee.
