Jazzlynne is the best team member I've ever experienced!
Very hard to talk to somebody since rite aid closed very busy
They constantly put our prescriptions on auto refill. We have probably tuned it off 25 times. It's like they are pushing drugs. This time, the prescription was returned because we hadn't picked it up in 2 days... wish we could go somewhere else, but our insurance requires it
Pharmacist, George is a compassionate & kind professional. He never ignores customers or his staff. Always willing to take extra steps to get you what you need. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. The public is mostly a nightmare to deal with, not to mention Dr offices & Insurance companies so you are appreciated. I'm finding this kind of customer service is so rare...thank-you!
The employees in the pharmacy are very helpful and polite. Went inside a month ago. Ask about a flu shot. Done right then.
