Aspen Dental - Blasdell, NY (Hamburg)

We had such a wonderful experience with our dental hygienist, Ashley. She saw both of my boys and was absolutely amazing with them. From the moment we walked in, she was so kind and patient, instantly making them feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to answer all of their questions (and there were a lot! 😊) and never made them feel rushed. One of my favorite parts was how she showed them their X-rays and explained what they were looking at, talking through their teeth in a way they could actually understand. She made the whole visit fun, educational, and stress-free. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and can’t recommend her enough!

I wanted to take a moment to share how absolutely wonderful my experience has been with Dr. Jeremy. I have truly never had a dentist like him. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. When he moved from the Tonawanda location, I followed him without hesitation because I genuinely cannot imagine going to another dentist. I also want to recognize Tanner, the office manager. He is outstanding! After I scheduled my appointment when Dr. Jeremy moved locations, Tanner personally called me multiple times to help resolve billing and scheduling issues that actually originated at the Tonawanda office. I had a wonderful experience at the Blasdell location. From the moment I opened the door I noticed how bright and clean the building is. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The young lady how took my x rays was so kind and explained everything she was doing. Dr Josh came in, welcomed me to Aspen and was very thorough with what was happening in my mouth. The hygienist...Kayla! Made me feel so comfortable! She explained everything she was doing. We had small conversations in between as well. Tanner was very helpful when it can to scheduling and payments.

Staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Loved the staff. However, even with the savings plan I can't afford the work needed. They are quite expensive. They do show you all costs upfront and provide you with payment plan options (high monthly payments with high interest rates) so that's nice. If I had enough money I would definitely get my work done by them, I just can't afford to do so.

I love this location of Aspen, The staff are absolutely amazing every time, staff are professional and courteous! Never had any issues with staff or the Aspen location, tanner is amazing and he’ll work with you to accommodate needs and finances, he has very positive energy and is comfortable to talk to.He’s very understanding and has a good sense of humor always has a smile on his face and presents himself well.
