Western Maryland hospital

I have a family member who has been here for many years, and it's a place with a loving atmosphere for its residents.

I have waited for a long time to get my son into this great facility! So worth the wait. The staff are courteous and professional. They are caring, and for a long-term care facility I find them all to be very high integrity and excellent!

I cannot say enough good things about this facility! My father arrived there mostly paralyzed and on a vent. From the get- go they were hands on, kind and supportive. We'd had a horrible experience with a previous facility but this place has surpassed our expectations! Summer in admissions has been fantastic making sure I have everyone's contact information for my Dad and really went above and beyond to help my dad's transition go smoothly. David, the case manager goes above and beyond for anything from providing me with updates, to setting up meetings and phone calls, orchestrating the delivery of gifts we send my dad, etc. Richard, the chaplain, has also gone above and beyond providing care for my dad, setting up virtual visits, checking in on my mom and all around looking out for the we

The is the worst place ever. The nursing staff are nasty. My mom can't feed herself so someone has to wait for hours before anyone to come feed her. Then it takes them hours to put her on the bed pan. One it took them 3 hours I know this because I was on the phone with her.

I love the staff here! Excellent care and friendly staff!
