Most people don't realize how important Physical Therapy is and can be for the body. Working with Dr. Sigri Reyes is a dream! She is professional, prompt, and patient in all the time I've known her. I worked with her throughout my first pregnancy and postpartum period, as well as addressed some pre existing chronic back pain. She is quick to cover any concerns I have and tailors each visit to help me. I also love the personalized follow up email with videos of my exercises, so I'm never without direction in my healing journey! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I found Dr. Reyes after delivering my baby for almost 2 months and still extremely in pain when moving around. I was so glad and lucky that I found her since she offers to go to your house, and I couldn't even really drive from the pain when sitting up. She took her time and helped me out with her exercise and she was very personable and professional at the same time. All of these, she is extremely knowledgeable about what I'm dealing it. I'm so grateful I found Sigri via Instagram. As a newly postpartum mama of two, I wanted to properly train my core and pelvic floor after my second birth. I had two C-sections and Sigri provided amazing scar tissue massages and mobilization during each session that helped provide a lot of tension relief. Her PT knowledge is amazing - she provided a number of progressive exercises each week that I could build upon to train my pelvic floor and core.
