With Dr. Parsons, there is no need to fear a root canal. You quickly know you are in the hands of an expert, and on top of that you are in the presence of a practitioner that wants to ease your stress, assure you his goal is to make the experience as comfortable as possible, and his gentle and quiet nature evokes trust. I received a root canal on Monday which went very well (and I fear ANY dental procedure), and on top of that, the recovery was pain free--this spoke volumes about the gentleness and expert care during the procedure.

Poor customer service translates into poor customer care so with that being said, I chose not to get my root canal done here. It’s a shame because they were actually referred to me by my orthodontist. When I called the receptionist answered like she was answering her cellphone. Her attitude was so nasty, distasteful, and she was no help whatsoever. She acted like she couldn’t find my restoration letter then when I asked her if she was sure she didn’t see it I guess she actually made an effort to look this time, and miraculously found it then made a smart remark about it being emailed “such a long time ago” I didn’t know 3-4 months was so long ago that she wouldn’t be able to see it in the system. Had a good experience with my root canal here. Dr. Parsons and staff provided great information on both the procedure and the various outcomes assessed afterwards. The procedure was a tad rougher than my prior one, and did leave my jaw sore for more than 5 days due to trismus, which because of my background, I was able to treat with TENS, US, moist heat and ibuprofen.
