This location is clean and the staff are so nice and friendly. Special thanks to Dr. Suzan Ghrair who's been doing all the work (cleaning and extraction) for my 10 y/o daughter. Will look fwd to our next appointment with them. Definitely recommend this place (Western Dental Francisquito).

I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM at Western Dental. I arrived on time and was placed in the cleaning chair, where I waited for over an hour. During that entire time, I was never greeted by the doctor. After waiting, the doctor finally came in and told me she had run out of time and that three people were ahead of me—despite the fact that I was on time for my appointment and she had taken later appointments before me. I literally watched her talk to and prioritize other patients who arrived after I did. There was no apology and no accountability. The only thing I was told was, “We can do it tomorrow,” as if I’m not a whole human being with a job, responsibilities, and a schedule. This office does not respect patients’ time and the interaction was extremely disrespectful

This place is a scam don't go there. First time going they told me I need alot of work done, and I needed all my wisdom teeth removed and didn't want to fill my cavity until I had all these other procedures done. I was advised to open a care credit account on the spot and unfortunately I did and that was a big mistake. They charged me 2k before even getting any work done, the next day I tried to cancel but wasn't able to I talked to the manager she did not care nor did the credit card company I was refunded only half and am still paying the rest for absolutely nothing !!!!!! I went to a different dentists a week later and they told me something completely different I didn't have anything wrong with my teeth just need a cleaning and fillings!!! This place is disgusting ....

Everyone is in a calm soothing mood, which is greatly appreciated especially when your nervous. The dentist is also very calm, he has a soothing voice... excellent environment and excellent team.
