San Gabriel Audiology and Hearing Aids

We just left Dr. Guzmans office in tears. My grandma is old enough and has had hearing problems for years now. We convince her to go and she was finally able to hear. The dr was able to test her hearing and recommended hearing aids which he was able to provide on the spot since he had some available. She right away lowered her voice and talked to us in the lowest voice I’ve heard in years! Thank you sooo much for helping us today and for making such a big difference in our live! She is greatly thankful and cried of happiness as soon as we got in the car 🥹🫶 thank you Dr. Guzman!

Very kind people, I appreciate great customer service with patience and kindness. I brought my 1 year old for a audiology exam and the assistant even try to help me soothe my child with one of their toys. The doctor was wonderful. She listened to my concerns with kindness and understanding and helped me fully resolve them.

I had an amazing experience at San Gabriel Valley Audiology in West Covina! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The doctor took the time to explain everything so clearly, making sure I understood every step of the process.

Front office was exceptional. Courteous, caring and thorough. Doctor was fantastic. She was attentive, explained the results and was very helpful. We are happy that we were referred to this Doctor, my son is a special needs adult and she was patient and understood my concerns. The location was easy to find!!
