I have had Queens Dental Group as my primary dentist for the past couple of years. The before-and-after results were beyond my expectations. Every time I have an appointment, there’s hardly any waiting time. The front desk staff are very professional and work quickly with your insurance to provide referrals, apply discounts, or arrange payment plans while considering your financial situation. All my crowns and implants were professionally done by Dr. Om and Dr. Suchak, who were always attentive and listened to my concerns, no matter how busy they were or how many patients were waiting. This place truly makes you feel like family—everyone is so kind and always smiling.

I’m so happy I came across this office! I avoided dental visits because of a really poor experience at the last practice I went to, but I am so grateful that my time here has turned everything around. My first visit at Queens was back in August and I remember feeling welcomed and greeted by every passing staff member – always a great sign. Dr. Om was very professional, kind, and down to earth with the way he explained everything before, during, and after the work he and his assistants did. He also takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you feel comfortable the entire time. The service here has always been great and I look forward to my appointments now! My last review was too fast to judge them. They immediately helped me understand why I was having trouble with the front office. They heard out my concerns and and we all apologized. And they were very concerned about my current health not only with my teeth but with my overall health just being diagnosed with kidney stones. I have been very ill and they have accommodated my needs to cancel any appointments with out a fee three different times for 3 different reasons.Thanks to the front desk for understanding my situation. Please consider them to be your dentist because they actually do care.

My experience at Queens Dental group went really great. The office has the best technology and is very clean. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist Jocelyn, who welcomed me into the office and helped me schedule an appointment at the most convenient date for me. Sylvia did a great job at helping me understand the necessary treatment I needed and the fee. Helen the assistant was very informative and helped me understand what my visit was for. Overall the whole team had a really great teamwork.

If I can give this dental group 0 stars I would. I want to inform everyone not to come here! They tried to get me for $1400 for services that my insurance covered. I called my insurance to confirm this and they stated they never submitted anything and were lying. I then asked them why has nothing been submitted, their attitudes completely changed and were extremely rude. They then proceeded to tell me they think it’s best for me to find a different dentist office. Don’t let them fool you stating you need all the extras when most likely you don’t. This office is shady! They’re mad because I caught on to what they really do to people and take advantage. Please do your research before coming to this place and if you feel something isn’t right definitely call your insurance.
